چکیده

The goal of this paper is to use the variable returns scale (VRS)-slacks-based measure (SBM)-data envelopment analysis (DEA) method compare energy resilience different economies and areas. This study looks at scores 26 from Europe, Americas, Asia-Pacific area. It does by looking twelve sub-indicators in three dimensions: society, economy, environment. According computational results, seventeen these economies’ total achieved top-tier performance. South Korea, ranked 18th, only second followed by, among others, Turkey, Luxembourg, Poland, Italy, Belgium, Slovak Republic, Czech Hungary. Twelve twenty European economies, all American two are relatively energy-resilient. There sixteen society dimensions, economy environment dimensions that Sub-dimensional improvement suggestions for less energy-resilient provided according empirical results. outcome research provides policymakers with a benchmark future policy planning. Due data limitations, cannot OECD not account sub-dimensional resource inputs.

Cross-Layer Modeling Framework for Energy-Efficient Resilience

We describe a novel cross-layer, resiliencefocused integrated modeling framework. This is targeted to help define ultra energy-efficient embedded systems in the post-14nm CMOS design era, without compromising system-level resilience. The targeted application domain is represented by the suite of applications and kernels announced as part of the ongoing PERFECT program sponsored by DARPA MTO.

Virtual Energy Information Network: a resilience perspective

Increasing demand in energy consumption, missed modernisations, and the increasing difficulties in predicting power production due to volatile renewable energy sources (e.g., based on wind or sun) impose major challenges to the power grid. Power supply and power demand are closely interconnected with the need to maintain the power grid in a stable state while a sufficient quality of power. This...
